If it's 89 degrees in Your House, Please Turn on the Air

We've gone from running the heater to running the AC a week later.

I tried to hold off. Truly. Sweat it out. Hope that it would go back to spring for awhile.

It wreaked havoc on sleep patterns.

Not mine cause I don't sleep.

Literally.

THIS one, however, LOVES It's sleep. It NEEDS It's sleep...

It was beginning to feel a bit like Poltergeist in here.

I think It sees dead people.

Wait, that's the Sixth Sense isn't it?

It didn't sleep Sunday night.

Like REALLY didn't sleep.

I believe at 5 a.m. MAYBE.

And It got up at 9:30. A.M.

It wasn't this happy yesterday.

What was my first clue that I needed to turn on the AC?

I think when It asked me to, "Tell the invisible people to quiet down.".

I did. I was afraid...

Then It asked me,

"Does California still exist?"

Nostradamus possibly?

Weird? Absolutely.

I turned the air on.

It took all day of running constantly to

cool It down.

It was miserable.

It may have Tourettes.

At dinner It just yelled out,

"Stay away from the pineapples!"

We weren't having pineapple.

What's the lesson here?

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

No.

Turn the air on when the temp in the house gets to 89 degrees...

Today It seems to have recovered.

From It's heat stroke.

  1. Love it! I know what you mean too. It was 81 here the other day when I got home from work and I'm pretty sure that by the time I went to bed I was talking to invisible people too. And now we are back to not running the AC :(
